Really had an excellent experience with this clinic. I’m visiting from out of the country for the week and needed to have my eye looked at. They were able to get me an appointment last minute, told me the cost ahead of time, and provided excellent customer service throughout. Dr. Nguyen was very patient and understanding of my needs and took the time to be thorough and make sure my issue was resolved. I was also in and out of there quickly as well. Highly recommend this clinic whether you’re a tourist like me or a local!

O’Connell St Clinic is writing to inform you that all GPs Dr Kim, Dr Tane, and Dr Chan will be relocating to ‘Next Practice’ in the Sydney CBD.

Dr Kim’s & Dr Chan’s start date at the new clinic will be from Monday, 18 May 2026. Dr Tane will remain at the clinic up until Thursday, 28 May. Dr Green will be working up until Tuesday, 26 May.

Our clinic will remain in operation until Friday, 29 May to help assist with medical record transfers.
For patients who have already requested to have their medical records transferred with their respective GP, please note that these transfers will be completed securely.

If you would like to follow your doctor to Next Practice and have not yet requested a records transfer, please email admin@ocnlst.com.au and our team will arrange this for you.

It would help the GP if you could arrange transfer PRIOR to seeing them at the new clinic. For patients wishing to transfer their records to another practice, please ensure a formal records request is submitted directly from your new doctor’s clinic. This admin email will remain active for any patient queries for a period of three 3 months following closure. After this period, the email will be merged with another active inbox, and any correspondence sent will be monitored and responded to by staff responsible.

In accordance with legal requirements, all patient records will be securely retained for a minimum of seven years.

O’Connell St Clinic is a patient focused medical clinic located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We are open for your convenience Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00pm.

Appointments

Bookings can be made by telephoning the practice, through our website or Facebook page, or via the HOTDOC App. Walk ins are welcome, if an appointment is not readily available, the patient will be triaged and scheduled as soon as possible. Home visits are by arrangement with your GP and within a 5km radius. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment and/or non-attendance may attract a fee of $40.00.
